Notifies you when your quarterly submission is ready
You receive a notification each quarter when your CE Broker submission package is prepared and ready.
Stress-Free CME Compliance for Texas
All Texas physicians are now required to use CE Broker for their CME records. We know you already log your CME in the ABA website — don't double your workload.
The Problem
Manually logging CME credits in both the ABA portal AND the new state-mandated CE Broker system is redundant, time-consuming, and stressful for every Texas anesthesiologist. And CE Broker charges a separate premium fee just to see your own compliance status.
Our Solution
Our app pulls your CME data directly from the ABA website and prepares it for CE Broker submission — eliminating manual double-entry entirely. You log in to CE Broker each quarter and submit in minutes. Compliance tracking, informal hour logging, and curated course links are all included at both plan levels.
Compliance tracking included — no extra charge
CE Broker locks their compliance dashboard behind a paid upgrade. We include full TMB biennial compliance tracking at every subscription level.
Log informal hours in seconds
Conferences, self-study, or any CME not captured in the ABA portal can be logged directly in the app and submitted to CE Broker without any extra steps.
Direct links to fill your remaining CME gap
The app shows exactly how many hours you still need and provides direct links to accredited courses and resources — so you can close the gap without hunting for options.

CME Sync App — FAQ
Common questions about the ABA-to-CE Broker CME compliance service.
Do you need to quickly sync your ABA CME to the new CE Broker account?
This application uses AI to map your existing logged CME files within your ABA account and prepares them for submission into your state-mandated CE Broker account. You log in to CE Broker each quarter and submit in minutes — no manual re-entry required.
How does the CME integration work?
Our system pulls your CME data directly from the ABA website and prepares it for CE Broker (now required for Texas licensure). You log in to CE Broker each quarter and complete the submission in minutes. This eliminates manual double-entry and ensures compliance with state requirements.
What is the difference between the two CME plans?
The Comprehensive Plan ($199/first year) imports ALL of your past CME records into CE Broker, plus provides 1 year of quarterly submission preparation. It automatically renews at $99/year. The Essential Plan ($99/year) is for those who do not need the full history import, or for annual renewal after the first year.
Do I need to do anything after signing up?
After purchase, you provide your ABA account credentials so we can read your CME records. Each quarter, CME Sync prepares your updated records and notifies you when they are ready. You then log in to CE Broker and complete the submission — a process that takes just a few minutes.
Is the CME Sync App only for Texas physicians?
Currently, yes. The service is specifically designed to meet the Texas state licensure requirement that mandates CE Broker reporting. If your state adopts a similar requirement in the future, the service can be extended.
Is my ABA login information secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect all account credentials. Your login information is used solely to perform the data synchronization and is never shared with third parties.
Who is the Essential Plan for?
The Essential Plan ($99/year) is ideal for physicians who only need the last 3 months of CME transferred to CE Broker — for example, those who are newly required to report or who have already handled older records manually. It is also the plan used for annual renewal after the Comprehensive Plan first year.
Can I log informal CME hours that are not in the ABA portal?
Yes. The app includes a dedicated Informal Hours section where you can manually log conferences, self-study, grand rounds, journal clubs, or any other CME activity that was not captured in the ABA portal. These hours are then submitted directly to CE Broker — no extra steps required.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For the Comprehensive Plan, refunds are available only if the import has not yet been initiated. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Staffing App — FAQ
Common questions about finding or sourcing locums and 1099 anesthesia coverage in Houston.
Who pays me?
The 1099 marketplace connects the provider with the location. Each site is responsible for paying each contractor for their work.
Who can use the Houston Locums Staffing Marketplace?
The marketplace is open to independent and locum tenens anesthesiologists (MDs) and CRNAs working on a 1099 or locums basis, as well as anesthesia service locations in the Houston area — including ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and private offices that require anesthesia coverage.
Is it free to create a locums or 1099 provider profile?
Yes. Creating a provider profile is completely free. You can browse available locums and 1099 shifts, view location details, and connect directly with facilities at no cost. Sign up TODAY!
How does license verification work?
When you create a profile, your medical license is verified for current active status and reviewed for any board action or malpractice claim reported to the respective licensing boards. This protects both providers and locations on the platform.
How do I find shifts that match my schedule?
Once your profile is active, you can browse open shifts posted by Houston-area facilities. You accept only the cases that work for your schedule — no agency, no middleman.
How does a location post a shift?
Locations create an account, describe the case (date, type, duration, and compensation), and post the shift to the marketplace available on a first come first serve basis to all staff fitting the requirements of the shift.
What is the Recommended Market Rate Guidance?
When posting a shift, locations receive real-time market rate guidance based on current rates paid by Houston-area facilities. This guidance is informed by actual anesthesiologists working in the market, helping you set a rate that fills your shift efficiently without overpaying or leaving it unfilled.
Can a location request a specific type of provider?
Yes. When posting a shift, locations can specify whether they need an anesthesiologist (MD), a CRNA, or are open to either — based on their independent clinical and operational needs.
How are providers and locations notified about activity?
Both providers and locations receive instant notifications via SMS and email — providers are alerted when new shifts matching their preferences are posted, and locations are notified when a provider signs up for their open shift.
How are staff credentialed at each site?
Once a provider accepts a shift at a location for the first time, a credentialing package will be sent to that provider with instructions on what documents are required and to whom they should be submitted before their start time.
How do I get my facility approved to post shifts?
All locations must be vetted by our admin team before gaining access to shift management. Click the Register Your Location button to submit a vetting request with your facility name, contact details, and phone number. We will review your request and reach out to schedule a brief phone meeting to discuss your needs and complete the approval process. You can also email us directly at [email protected].
